Working with your chosen architect or advising of one of our trusted architectural practices we will view the proposed plans and elevations for comment.

We advise this service is commenced prior to Planning Submission as invariably we find that window and door locations need to be changed to maximize the internal layout.
By starting this collaborative work early you have the confidence that working drawings are inline with the interior intent therefore reducing additional work and site delays.
INTERIOR
ARCHITECTURE
We know that with any home, proportion and lighting are key to a successful interior.
API will guide and design key areas within your interior design.
Services will include: lighting & power drawings, coffered ceilings, kitchen and bathroom layouts, bespoke joinery and heating locations.
API has a comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in the design & build process so all requirements are considered and executed with the understanding of the desired, end result discussed at the briefing stage.
INTERIOR
DESIGN
Once all layouts are confirmed API will select all hardscape finishes.

These include: kitchens, floor & wall finishes, architectural lighting components, fireplaces, bathroom fittings, internal mouldings, doors & ironmongery etc.

We present these selections on schedules so all materials are listed and ready for purchase by your contractor.
​
These specification schedules will also be used on site by the contractor so they have all information required for fit out.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
It is hugely important that as every effort has been made to compile the internal fit out specification this is executed on site correctly.
We will coordinate regular site visits to meet with the contractor and architect to check progress and discuss / overcome any issues which may occur therefore allowing you peace of mind throughout the construction.

DESIGN
